Ann was fantastic to work with, right from the very first meeting through to the completion of our new kitchen. We had some loose ideas about the style of kitchen we wanted and Ann was able to interpret and enhance our suggestions to produce something that ultimately exceeded our expectations. The newly created butlers pantry was brilliantly thought out and has made a huge difference to the way we use the kitchen space. Ann has exceptional attention to detail and was always very happy to accommodate any tweaks we wanted to make to the designs along the way. When it came to fitting the kitchen the whole job was very speedy and efficient with the cabinetry being built off site and installed by Donald within a matter of days. Ann Beales was recommended to us by another satisfied client when we were planning a major kitchen renovation in 2019.  Ann was very easy to deal with.  She was responsive to our ideas, helpful and creative with her own suggestions and advice, and very knowledgeable about the up-to-date finishes, fixtures and fittings which added significantly to the quality of the outcome.  Importantly for us, Ann organized the whole job including the sub-trades; builder, electrician, plumber and cabinetry joiner, so the work proceeded smoothly and speedily from demolition and removal, to installation and finishing.
